Shipping on the IDE burner is $70 (!!!). The SCSI costs $5ish to ship, so it's probably an error, but be careful...

Those Tyan Tiger 100 boards would be a good deal for $88 if they
were revision "F" (which supports up to PIII 850Mhz). But they're
open box, without manuals or driver CDs, and I would bet they
are older pre revision F boards. NOT a hot deal for older boards
which only support up to PIII 600Mhz.

Actually, there shouldn't be any deals at AccessMicro - because I have ruined it for everyone. You see, I ordered an item from McGlen (same company) and after a few days I got a backorder notice telling me that the item would ship when in stock. When the item came in stock at a higher price - my order got cancelled. I complained - people, they have taught me a lesson - never complain. After a couple rounds I got this from a supervisor:

"I will not be e-mailing you again. At this point I'm completely disappointed that we even offered this deal because you have made
it a headache for me. I will recommend we no longer slash prices on a few
items that we have remaining in stock to clear the shelves. I would rather give them to my employees. So now all of our customers lose out on what was a good deal. Thank you for your time."

Sorry folks, unless you are an employee - there are no more deals because of my careless actions. Shortly the Gore campaign will be issuing a statement that they know believe that it was my thoughtless complaining and not Nader that may cost them the election. Unrest in the Middle East? Me. Actually, in the interest of beating a dead horse (my new nickname for the supervisor at McGlen who sent the above e-mail) my saga is ongoing. The dead horse also said " I will not forward your e-mail because it is my
responsibility. That is what I am paid for. It is my call and once again, there will be no shipment." (Apparently he's being paid with merchandise I'm willing to pay for)

Since he wouldn't do it, I took the liberty of forwarding his message to the CEO, president, and a few other higher-ups at the McGlen Internet Group, Inc. In response I got a personal phone call today. But please, everyone stop complaining or they will give away all their stock to employees for free just to teach us a lesson.

By the way, about the bid - me. Seven degrees of separation people - someday you will all feel the shockwaves eminating from my customer disservice inquiry.

I would also like to say that McGlen/AccessMicro has always been a little shady... false advertising, shoddy products, high shipping, etc. Personally, I took a gamble on some cheap cas3 PC133 ram that turned out to run at cas2 PC100. Others have not had such good experiences, and I probably wouldn't buy from them again.

Look up mcglen, and access micro, they go by another name as well. They are all poorly rated at resellerratings.com . Personally I ordered from them, got a backorder notice, cancelled the order... no problems. But with thier rating, I wouldn't order again.

Randomact, I've gotta hand it to you, here junior members are often met with a healthy dose of skepticism. But you've displayed in two posts what most fail to do so during their entire duration here. Stick around a while, I'd like to read more posts like that.
