I have 3 drives. A 36gb raptor, and two 320's that are identical. I wiped my 36gb and put iatkos2.0i on it. My two 320's are (were) full of stuff, with completely different data on each drive. I load up OSX (iatkos) and am able to see my o/s drive, and one of the 320's. I figure this is no big deal, because the other 320 was on a separate raid port because I had run out of regular sata ports. I figure its an apple driver error, and I forget about it.
A few days later I put vista on another 250gb drive that I added to the system, and take out the 36gb with OSX on it. Installation goes fine, however, I go to my computer, and see both of my 320s, but THEY HAVE THE SAME NAME AND THE SAME DATA ON BOTH!
I thought it was a fluke, so I tried them installed one at a time, and the issue persists.
It appears as if apple mirrored one of the 320's onto the other???
I NEED this information off the drive that got written over!
Am I screwed????
Thanks
Edit: At no point did I ever see OSX prompting me to click "next" or w/e to do this mysterious mirror. Also at no point did I ever see it copying the data. I don't know how it would have done this that fast, I only had OSX running for maybe 16 hours, and I was using it the whole time.
