And to clarify, I the pic there is of the driver, not Richard. Based on Tony Torsell's Facebook pictures, the thought of him driving drunk doesn't surprise me.

And to think that no one stopped him from getting in his vehicle despite how drunk he was. You don't drink alone unless you're a closet alcoholic - someone had to have been able to stop him.
