If you decide to drive a vehicle with that much alcohol in your body, I think you should get an automatic life sentence, regardless whether you hit anything or not. There's no uncertainty there... face it, you're drunk. The threshold there, as well as here in Florida, is 0.08 for driving. Anthony wasn't even of age! He still should have known better.
