Looks like the one at Costco is an i5-6400 but does have 16GB of ram for $450.

OOS at Newegg.

The Costco one, the older model is the 4790. The Newer one is the Skylake i5.

Waltchan mentioned buying some of the older model ones at Costco, selling the i7's on ebay, and putting in Haswell Celeron CPUs, to make a cheaper, fully-licensed, PC, sort-of new.

You can get the same model for $450 at Costco and it's brand new.

Yabbut (ignoring that it's OOS at Newegg), if you're not a Costco member, and if you have it shipped, and you don't live in one of the few states where Newegg has to collect sales tax, the final cost ends up being about $85 more. To me, it'd still be worth it to get new vs refurbished, but it's not exactly the same deal...
