Acer Travelmate 506T HDD upgrade

Does anyone know how to get at the factory fitted hard drive on the Acer Travelmate 506T laptop? - there are 'hatches' on the bottom to access the modem and memory, but no obvious way to access the hdd. There are several Philips screws on the bottom which are removeable, but the case still doesn't come apart.

Try under the keyboard, or screwed into the same module as the floppy drive, sometimes.

U can try the following link. It is the service manual of 505 but it work fine with my 507T
