I actually think it is incredible how much they have been able to fix. The procedure that they had to do sounded nuts, but I would definitely call it a success. I would imagine that as her skin 'strengthens' (not sure if this even happens lol) she can then get pigmentation treatments to smooth out the discolorations, etc.
