ActiveX: Programmatically remove Information Bar

Does anyone know how to get rid of the yellow information bar via javascript? I am trying to embed an activex control in a website, but can't seem to find information on how this is done. Adobe was able to do it with flash player installation, but i couldn't view source.

I would honestly expect that this is something that you need to have permissions for, possibly as a signed module or such, otherwise any various malware could simply override the information bar asking the user if they really want to install something. This is all of course assuming that I'm correct in what I think the information bar is, since I rarely use IE.
