Damn, and I liked daddy Bush. Are all guys creeps? What are women supposed to do? Look at the answer from the security, blaming the woman. His spokesperson apologized and claimed it was a joke.

Nonsense. If you oppose reporting things within a reasonable amount of time then don't bother telling us, make an effort to change the statute of limitations. I for one, think the statute of limitations on crimes are already ridiculously long.
If you've been wronged it doesn't take years to figure that out. If you keep quiet for your own personal gain at the expense of other potential victims then you're an asshole.
The statute of limitations for something as trivial as "I wasn't attracted to him but he flirted more than I wanted him to", should be a few weeks at most.
Suppose someone grabs your ass. Unless you are a hateful vindictive monster, that didn't harm you any more than brushing your ass against a guard rail.
What this is about instead is an abuse of power. That is not tolerable, but that abuse of power has ended once that person no longer has authority over you. That abuse should end immediately but years later? Senseless vindictive BS at that point, from people whose careers are disappointing so they feel it will benefit them to be a victim to gain sympathy.
Do not wait to report abuse. If it's important it shouldn't wait.

So him deliberately making a joke referencing David Cop-A-Feel while doing it is an involuntary reflex action? His spokesperson stating he does it all the time is just uncontrollable? The senior Bush is like 90 years old! plus I think it might be uncontrolable reflex reactions! He could not control himself! It the nature order of things that mother nature made this happen. The actress is like in her 30s. LOL!
Who do you report to when the entire power structure that can do anything for your benefit is maintained by a decades-long fraternity of equal-opportunity abusers? No one, and that's the long-standing problem. As a woman trying to make her place within these established fields, especially from the 60s and the last couple of decades, the only option was to tolerate it as best you could, quit, or have your career ended if you choose to complain. That's it, full stop.
So you're suggesting that Doing The Right Thing can require making sacrifices? Who knew. You can't live life with someone holding something like that over you, no sane person should want to continue working in that environment. It's also incorrect that everyone is a member of a supposed fraternity. Most men do not engage in this behavior and don't condone it. If someone puts the psychological whammy on you to believe otherwise, what abuser wouldn't try to do that?
There have been things called witnesses and audio recorders. If something is a perpetual problem opposed to a single incident it shouldn't be hard to substantiate.
