TSX or Legacy GT, but I would compare the interiors on both firsthand. Yes, the Legacy has the HP and AWD advantage, but Acura vs Suburu interiors are vastly different.

Looking at his budget, the G35 may be a little too expensive.

Though, he can get a 2003 or 2004 model year

Logic dictates the Legacy should wipe the floor with the TSX, but the Acura seems to be holding its own in car reviews...

I'm not in the market for a sedan so I haven't test-driven either myself...but you should...

i test drove the 4 cylinder sonata yesterday, it was ehh, they said they dont get the V6s until mid june, bah

Mainly because of luxury features and interior quality. I see nothing wrong with the Leg GT interior although I haven't checked out a TSX.

OOOOO! The TSX has navigation and HIDs! It must be better. I hate to say it but typical Honda bias. If you check out the reviews the Acura is all asthetics and the Leg is all about driving. I do wish it had some better shocks though. It does strike me as begin a tad floaty.

I test-drove both the TSX and LGT. The LGT is a performance sedan. It has power and handling. The TSX has all the gadgets and goodies, better build quality, and better resale. It's also a real luxury badge. In the end, I bought a Mazda 3S!

Edit: In terms of performance, an MZ3 with a 5-speed will easily outperform and out handle an Acura TSX with an auto tranny.
