2008 is the last model year before the beak. I had a 06 TSX for about 7 month, before I gave into my WRX lust. I still miss my TSX everyday. It's a great car for commute, and still "fun" for the weekend. The power is good enough for everyday driving, but it sure isn't alot for the weight it has. But, the handling is very pliable and still sharp IMO. It's not as tight as my WRX, but it's FAR more comfortable. I bought mine used from a private seller, 18k with 27k mileage with the NAV (kinda crappy). He had the common upgrades for it, Progressive rear sway bar and the Hondata ECU reflash. You can't do the Hondata on a 08 (you'll need a 3rd party ECU, K-pro), but you can certainly get the rear sway bar on it that'll help with the under-steer.
The ECU-flash is well worth it IMO. It smooths out the VTEC engagement, so you'll have more power in the low-end. The fuel economy gets a little worse though, but you'll have much smoother acceleration vs stock.
Someday, I'd like to get the TSX back. It just made too much sense as regular driver.
