AD management app's for Blackberry

I am starting a new position as a sys admin and my peers had mentioned to me they were looking into finding an application for our blackberry's for times when were not around a computer and a user calls and says they need a password reset or account unlocked we can easily do it from the Blackberry...

Has anyone heard of or used this type of software before? Your thoughts are much appreciated
