4070Ti will certainly cost less than originally, not sure by how much.
Given that AIBs had already started to assemble 4080 12 GBs... the specs almost have to be the same.

4070 should be a cutdown version and 4070Ti the full Ada104.Given that AIBs had already started to assemble 4080 12 GBs... the specs almost have to be the same.
I think there would still be too large gap between 4070 Ti and 4080. In my opinion it would make sense to use cut down AD103 for 4070 Ti. Cut down AD102 for 4080 Ti (and 20 GB of vram).4070 should be a cutdown version and 4070Ti the full Ada104.
I expect only the name and price to change.
The difference in specs is actually smaller than the previous gen.I think there would still be too large gap between 4070 Ti and 4080. In my opinion it would make sense to use cut down AD103 for 4070 Ti. Cut down AD102 for 4080 Ti (and 20 GB of vram).
Asus has released a new BIOS for the 4090, it doesn't say what it does though.
Not even sure what the difference is between the 024G and the 24G.
The reviewer guide will include all the proper RTX games to test I'm sure, and with DLSS 3.0 on for everything. It'll be a value at $800.4070 Ti was my expectation. My other was only $100 less expensive. Hope I'm wrong on that one. Should be at least $200 less, but NVidia...
I'm not sure what they could actually charge given AMD is at $900/$1000 with up to twice as much VRAM as a 4070 Ti, but even though AMD doesn't have nearly as strong RT results, I think NVidia will have a hard time if they're selling it for more than $800, and even that makes it a tough sell.
Of course they do, until they don't.As Ampere showed, having less VRAM capacity is something that nVidia feels like is something they can get away with.
Of the three 4090's they list on their support site, only one of them has this new BIOS listed. So whatever it is, its very specific to that one model. Not even sure what the difference is between the 024G and the 24G.

ampere's a wildchild. it came right when the crypto boom was in full swing and the world under the peril of a mysterious but well documented disease causing a pandemic that's still going on minus the heft of it all, and no crypto boom. if jensen wants to fund his spatula collection and his cow hide leather masculine manly leotard then he'd better use some common sense. As Ampere showed, having less VRAM capacity is something that nVidia feels like is something they can get away with.
I think I've said it before. He resembles Kim Jong-un. There's not a single rational cell in his body.if jensen wants to fund his spatula collection and his cow hide leather masculine manly leotard then he'd better use some common sense.
4070 ti is being bloody generous. blackwell thread when?

Crypto imploded and people are still paying significantly more for an RTX 3050 than an RX 6600.
no one with a brain is buying the 3050. the 3050 is priced to lure you into buying the 3060.Crypto imploded and people are still paying significantly more for an RTX 3050 than an RX 6600.

nailed it.Sure, but then the market as a whole, has no brain
The more you care, the more you may get desperate and end up paying over MSRP. Be patient, forget about it and it will be there for the taking when you are meant to have it.I am willing to wait until February at least, but I am not convinced there will be any supply by then.
