never finishing projects (getting gung ho at the beginning, getting bored and quitting them), fidgetting, procrastination, irritability. All symptoms.
They are also symptoms of depression. Again, a doc is needed for true evaluation.
Excersize *does* help. Not like lifting, but cardivascular stuff like basketball, raquetball, tennis, football, golf (not cardivascular, but helps concentration), swimming... Stuff like Pool, darts, etc usually don't help me (make it worse). Computers are bad too. Too easy to goof off.
It is *possible* to do it with mind power alone, but it is *very* difficult. The medicines *do* help, but some of them do have side-effects (sexual disfunction, stomach aches, headaches, I got twitches from something).
