LOL @ all of ATOT's armchair dog owners.
These are both young dogs and are working line dogs. I'm not going to leave two working line puppies roaming free in my house while I'm not home. At best they would end up destroying something, at worst they would end up killing themselves by chewing on an electrical wire.
It makes no difference to the dog if it sleeps inside or outside when you aren't home. Once they are more mature i'll let them sleep inside at night, but I'm never going to put them inside when I am not home.
I spend more time with my dogs than most people. I train with them for 4 hours every saturday and sunday, and for at least an hour every day. One of them does search and rescue work, and the other does protection work.
Simply letting your dog inside does not constitute spending time with it. I wager that I spend more quality time with my dogs than any person on this forum.
Until you've owned a real, working line dog though, you probably wouldn't get it.
