John, I have stage IV cancer, even if I could afford that many implants it's not something doable. Any money I have will be plowed into living expenses and some sort of trust fund for my autistic son, if there is anything left after I pass.
Sorry to hear that. I can understand the money problem. My aunt had cancer and died just one year latter and so did my second cousin. In fact, my aunt was diagnosed on 9/11.
Personally, every time I see these cancer commercials that must cost at least a million to run and all the years cancer has been studied and all the money it cost I think it's a money making scam. We can put a man on the moon, have a probe beyond Pluto, see the edge of the big bang, etc, etc, but can't cure cancer? I don't buy it. We know lots about DNA. There's no excuse with the millions being pumped into cancer research.
Heart attack runs in my mom's side of the family and I'm more related to my mom so I'll probably expire when I reach 60/65 I reckon. Doesn't help when I weigh about 335 ponds right now.
BTW- You can call me Aaron. John Connor is just a character in the movie Terminator. I was named after Aaron Spelling the famous producer. For those who don't know who that it is his daughter is Tori Spelling who played Donna Martin in Beverly Hills 90210.
If it's okay with you I'll say a prayer. There is a church two houses down and I can go there. It's where I have voted ever since I moved here. It's a ritual of mine to pray and then vote. LOL
