HaHa,very funny The only reason I posted this is for someone who may need it or want it ,and does not want to go through the hasels,as far as the Reader 6.0 is concerned there are some benifits, and yes this is not "New Tech" its a few months OLD.

I dl 6 for a while, but I recently noticed once I open acrobat6, even I close it, task manager still showing it, and most of the time, it is using 30+ Mb of my RAM and I have to end task it manually, otherwise, my computer will become slow. Also since version 5, they have automatic update, when a doc open acrobat 5/6 and I click on the screen while the automatic update box opened at the background, I have no way to go back to that update box to click next or yes, I have to end task acrobat and IE before I can do anything else, Please help if you have the same problem and if you know how to resolve it, thanks.

I had the similar problem earlier, but sometimes I was able to get to the popup update menu. If you can get there just once, there's an option on the lower left corner which disables automatic update in the future. Then you should be fine...
btw did you try to wait or minimize the current screen? Some processors with low RAM take quite long to load acrobat...
