EDIT:As of today (2-28-02) there are only 2 rebates listed making the cost $39.99 after 2 rebates ($29.99 if you use the coupon). With a coupon and a price match, it is still a good deal for me, so I think I will not CANCEL my order that has still not shipped, but beware of the three rebates. And whoever has a printout of the Product Page page showing three rebates and a $9.99 cost, if you will e-mail it to me I will post it for anyone that needs or wants it. E-Mail it to me at jeffj@kscable.com.
Amazon has Adobe PhotoShop Elements for 99.99 with $90 in rebates and free shipping. Two rebates are if you own other qualifying photo software but MANY people will own one of the competitor brands like MGI PhotoSuite, Microsoft PictureIt, Adobe PhotoShop LE, Adobe Photo Deluxe, ArcSoft PhotoSuite, Corel Photo-Paint, Ulead PhotoImpct and PhotoExpress). Buy the software with your Amex Blue Card and PM to Buy.Com's $78.95 price to get $21 back for a profit after reabtes.

If you don't have Amex Blue, you can still get it for free using a $10 off $75 coupon found elsewhere
(Deal Ripped and Revised from FW.com - coupon hint)
My GUESS (only a wild guess) is that Adobe is running all these specials on Elements v. 1.0 because they are going to upgrade it to version "something higher than 1.0", but I bet if that happens and you already own v. 1.0 that you got for free, Adobe will have upgrade specials on the newer software version.
