The DFI board maxes out at a higher HTT speed and has DFI-Street.com for support so while the Epox is a great board if your planing to OC the DFI is a better bet its only real competition is the Asus A8N32SLI board
I concur. The real advantage to my mind is the support you can get through DFI-Street. I had problems installing XP64 on a raid array off the nvidia raid. The guys at DFI-Street walked me through it (had to create a slip-streamed install CD). I probably would have rma'd the board if it weren't for them. (PS It's working great now.)
