Interesting. Adblock seems to be the one they key on then since they don't work for me and I use that. May have to investigate alternatives
It makes sense - it's easiest to focus on some kind of signature of the oldest and most used adblocker, as opposed to trying to figure out how all the others work. But I think they still use some kind of blitz effort from time to time because others will get blocked as well.
That, or they are selective regarding which CDN paths and at what times they apply them. I can still get to them through Private Internet Access when surfing from my personal laptop at work using Chrome and Adguard. And from my work desktop on the standard network using Chrome, also with Adguard.
I had just tried, and I noticed I had Adguard disabled on Chrome at work. I remember having to disable it when trying to read an article there some time ago, but now I don't need it. So either I could use ABP and still access it, are they are currently only lightly restricting, versus heavier efforts they used some time ago.
