Advice for 3200+ OC

OK, I have my:
Winchester 3200+ running at 225x10 (12hr Prime95 stable, no errors) v at ~1.53
with corsair CMX512-3200C2 at 187.5 mhz 2.5/3/3/7
on an MSI K8T NEO2 FIR.

I'm positive that I can do better than this, but things start to go haywire with the RAID setup. (2x36g Raptors) If i go much higher than that, then it tells me that I have a broken array on boot. I also have 2 devices on the other 2 SATA ports, for a total of 4. I have the raptors on the VIA controller, because their performance was crap on the promise... (before OC).

Anyway, after a LOT of googling and forum reading, I'm coming to the conclusion that the SATA lock (or lack thereof) is the problem? Anyone have input? Do I need to move 2 of them to a PCI controller?

Also, i have the AGP locked at 66, can I up it to the next setting, 75.4? Would it make a difference? (have a 6600gt in that slot)

I have the RAM set at 333 in the bios... did i do this correctly? (225*.83=186.75).

I can post screenshots if it would help with any responses. You might be able to tell i am semi-noob to AMD OCing. Done lots of homework but still hitting some brick walls. Thanks for all of your input. I'd really like to sqeeze more out of this processor.

Try using Sata 3 & 4. It seems as though Sata 1 & 2 aren't locked on some nforce mobos.

I don't think that would be such a good idea. Also, have you tried lowering the HTT multiplier? Pushing the HTT frequency too far above spec (1000 MHz) in your case can cause problems. Lower the multiplier to 4 and try.
