6. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are

Start from this build, drop the parts that you already have, and swap in the Phantom case if you like that better than the 200R.

The PowerColor 280X is out of stock, replace with MSI GTX 770 Gaming 2GB $330

NVIDIA Shadowplay can be nice to have for streaming and recording, especially if the game is CPU intensive like BF4. On the other hand, running BF4 on Mantle is pretty nice too...

EDIT: I'd also swap the PSU for the more efficient Truepower 650W classic $75 AR

Good call on the GPU being out of stock. There's an XFX R9 280X with their Rev. 2 Double D cooler for $340 if BF4/Mantle is a big priority.

As for the PSU, the TP-650C is definitely nice, but IMHO Gold efficiency isn't worth the $15 premium.

Depends on the cost of electricity, sometimes $15 is justifiable, sometimes it isn't. Also note that resale value of a Gold unit is probably higher relative to initial cost, especially when there's a juicy rebate lowering that initial cost. Anyway, it doesn't really matter, the s12ii is great too, I just figured the OP probably has the budget for an upgrade. The TP650 also has four PCIe connectors to support dual graphics cards
