Advice for Lollapalooza?

Today I was asked to go to Lollapalooza with a few friends this summer. The $190 price tag kinda sucks but the band lineup makes it pretty tempting. Has anyone gone before, and where did they stay since it is a 3 day concert?

I haven't been to lollapalooza 3 day, but I've been to Coachella for 2 days. That price tag is kinda steep, but hell I'd probably pay that just to see RATM again.

Find a hotel. Or rent an RV.

if you can, bring a bulk pack of bottled water. you can then either: a) drink it or b) sell it for a dollar cheaper than you can buy it for. B yields profits, A yields not dying or dishing out ridiculous money. either way, you win.

Also depending on how many drugs you take, Ramen noodles are a very good thing to keep handy. If you take a lot of drugs, you don't need so much Ramen. If you don't take drugs, you'll want some ramen. But they are a good fix, even if you just eat them raw.

And bring a nose plug. If you have to run into a bathroom, it will be a godsend.

Never been to a music festival that allowed you to bring copius amounts of bottled water or ramen.

Instead of ramen, try shrooms.

I went to the last day last year b/c I got free tickets. You can call the toll free number to get individual passes for different days. That is what I'm going to do, really want to see RATM and NIN.

Is that after they release the schedule in June? (Saw the bulletin on the website) That's what I would want to do as well
