Ok, i have a Q6600. I followed the sticky guide to overclocking and everything is going great. I am using watercooling in my system to help keep things cool. My Q6600 has G0 stepping. Anyways the thing is i ran it at 3.5 for an hour with prime, using speedfan to monitor the temps(i made a 15 temp offset for each core as reccomended by the guide). My temps never went over 50C, would it be a good idea to OC it more? since the max safe temp is 71C for Q6600 with G0?
It just seems to me that an Overclock of that much would be bad for the CPU?
