Question Advice on $300 upgrade

I am new to forums and was wondering if i could get some opinions.
i have: $300 usd gift card to best buy and im torn on what to get for my pc..
i currently run:
win 10 pro
inwin glass case (beautiful) with all noctua fans
aio 280cc evga cpu cooler with liquid metal
1200 watt thermaltake power supply
x299 asus rampage vi apex
evga rtx 2080 ti black edition
4x4gb corsair 2400mhz oc to 2800
intel 9800x processor oc to 4.7ghz on all 8
samsung pm981 512gb nvme
western digital 6tb black edition hdd
cougar mechanical keyboard
razer basilisk mouse
razer orbweaver stealth
razer tiamat 7.1 v2 headset
samsung c32hg70 144hz 32'' curved 2k monitor

I think thats it, now i am thinking either (32 gb of 3000 mhz corsair dominator rgb pro) or (16gb and samsung 970 evo 512gb) to raid for a 1tb nvme. speed is pointless but it gives me a bigger drive.
what do you guys/gals think? any suggestions?

Well, other than the obvious brag post (*maybe), maybe you should buy a small laptop for a relative as a present. Or get a new Cell Phone? (Yeah, I know, who would be caught dead with a $300 Cell Phone...)

not a brag thing lol, im addicted to tweaking/running benchmarks. I use an iphone 7 which are only 250 bucks currently lol

I was impatient and went with 32gb of corsair vengeance rgb, but i decided to sell the 9800x and the rampage to go with a 9900k and rampage for 1151. they are faster and easier to cool.. i had a 7820x and it overclocked better and stayed cooler, the 9800x is a nightmare to cool in my case..though my 9800x does better in cinebench at lower clocks. I dont sli anymore and just use one nvme so i dont really need the pci express lanes. also the avx 512 is pointless with the programs and games i currently use.

Personally unless I'm doing 4K video editing/rendering or whatnot. I rather get a much larger SATA SSD for plenty of storage as SATA is good enough for the vast majority of use cases.

I don't think you need any upgrade on your PC right now but if you still want to upgrade, then only thing you have to upgrade is RAM. Also I 16gb is sufficient no need to go with 32gigs
