Advice on checking computer temps please

I have an EPOX 8KHA+ system that I built and after turning it on..sometime my monitor doesn't come on before the temps are shown during bootup...without having any hard-wired temp gauge is there another way to check the computer temps? Thanks for any help you can give.

you can go into the bios and read the temp from the pc health section. Otherwise if you're running windows you can install motherboard monitor and read your temps with that.

I have the same board and have tried the motherboard monitor 5, but it always stuck at 57c even when i first boot.
anyone know any other programs? or something that will work with this board?
