Aeria Gaming are scammers

Hello gaming communities,
I'm here to report an injustice that occurred while playing one of the games for a company called Aeria Gaming.
I hope that I will get some support from you guys because I do not know what else to do about this.
I had purchased so many in-game items that the company promised that I get full time for my characters. The items/previliges were bought on April but after a server merge sometime between then and now the items were thrown away down the drain. The cost of the items were about $200-400, I'm not exactly sure how much since it has been awhile since I bought them.
I told them about it and this is their reply.

After I explained everything they sent me this.

The "small compensation" they're talking about is just a few consumables that last for a short time. Again, I spent so much money on those items that I bought and yet they give me something that I did not agree on. I tried to explain that I can not settle for this (with some harsh words, please understand my frustration at the moment)and they kept sending the same thing over and over.

How can you expect that I will play more of these games after such incident is beyond my understanding. The best thing I can do at the moment is spread this news for gamers everywhere to make them pay.

Not sure about that game, but don't most games give you plenty of time beforehand to move items you want to new server merge? You prob had a nice window to move items before the merge before they were lost and just failed to do that.

Most MMO don't transfer items unless they are on character or disassembled before merge.

What was time before you knew this and last playing game?

I don't really see a issue if it was your fault at this..

well we aren't given a whole lot of information in this post either. All we can do is assume.

Most of these pay-to-win type of games are scams, so TC isn't too far off if this happens to be one of those types of games. But I'm not sure if those items were a paid advantage over other players, or were simply cosmetic effects.

Read the EULA: Virtual Items are not yours, they belong to the company. You just purchase the right to use them for as long as the company sees fit.

We're currently going through the same issue with ArcheAge and the impending server merges, except Trion is going one step further if you're on an affected server: If you want to keep any items from your housing/land (which is worth a lot by the way, and you essentially lose a year's worth of effort in acquiring just the land which is fought over) you should keep it in your inventory. Inventory space is bought through the cash shop. Oh, if you don't have enough inventory space for the forced server mergers (which not ALL servers are going through mind you) by the way we're having a BOGO sale on inventory expansion scrolls! Spend some money!!!!

Yeah, just a little livid about this one.
