Aerial Adventure....Worth Every Penny!!!

OK it's not cheap but...
I completed an Extreme adventure this past weekend and let me tell you It was amazing!!!!
If you get a chance, It is worth doing. Yes it's pricey but WOW... A memorable Trip...

I've seen a similar adventure several times on TV and it looked like some real fun. They used older DoD aircraft and were prop.

The one you posted uses the Extra 300. HOLY COW. Now that's an aircraft. It certainly isn't "realistic" from a combat perspective, but it's frickin hard to beat for acrobatics. That plane would be awesome for something like this. Tons of acrobatic groups use the 300 at air shows and stuff. I bet it was a hoot to fly.

I remember I read in some aerial/fighter magazines that many europe countries offer these.

One that really catches my eye is those that exists in Eastern Europe, many of them in the Warsaw Pact countries, and some in Italy.

They let you fly top of the line planes, such as the SU-27 or MiG-31 or the Tornado.

I guess they're very strapped for cash.

Seems more fun than this too, for they let you do alot more.

Yes, the plane was a 300 Extra...not an F16 or anything like that... but it was extremely manueverable.
My wife got me this for my birthday... you're in the plane with an ex-fighter pilot. You are up front with one set of controls and they are behind you with another set. They have complete control. They do the takeoffs and landings and get you to the "fly zone", somewhere away from the airport.
Once there, they fly the various stunts, loops, inverted loops, hammer heads, powerslides... all wild stuff. They check to see that you are comfortable and then they ask you if you want to do some of the flying. You can control the stick and rudders, they control the throttle.
They can takeover at anytime. Yes I controlled the loops and rolls, It's was a great feeling!!!

I want to save up for next year and do the combat missions. You fly in teams and do mock dogfights. The planes have some kind of sensors to indicate when they are shot, they let off some smoke when they get hit!!!
