Affordable DDR 3200 Memory Question

Hi everyone:

Looking to buy two sticks of 256 MB DDR 3200 RAM. There is some Kingston Value RAM on sale after rebate for $69.99 (total for two sticks). There is also some Corsair ValueSelect 256 MB DDR 3200 RAM on sale at Outpost.com for $69.99 (total for two sticks).

I am considering either of these deals because Kingston and Corsair are known for making quality memory and the price seems reasonable. Of the two choices, which is better or which would you suggest? Does anyone know of a better deal?

They're both solid choices with lifetime warrantys so just flip a coin I doubt you'll find a better deal on 512mb of quality ram from a reputable source either.

I'm going to build a new system based on P4 2.8c/P4P800 DELUXE. I have 2 old PC2100 and PC2700 DDR memory. I'm thinking to use them until I find a real good deal on 512MB PC3200 DDR memory. Will that work? I don't mind it being slower but as long as it does not hurt the PC or being unable to drive the PC, then it's fine.
