AFL-CIO feels duped by Trump

Have there been any actual active efforts by Trump to reach out to union leadership and develop policy? It's too bad Trumka didn't realize sooner that Trump was only interested in looking like he cares about the little guy. Any actual action to make a difference won't happen unless it looks good. And probably look so good that it can't be true.

The AFL-CIO endorsed Clinton. We've only had 7 months of Trumpolini so it looks like Trumka caught on rather quickly. He had to try, right?

Hard to say. Maybe it was a political move to be open-minded with Trump because his union members significantly supported him. And I know he endorsed Clinton, but perhaps a harder stance could have swayed voters.

But hey, I'm the usual advocate for withholding judgment so my critique is somewhat hypocritical. I never thought Trump could be good, but I certainly didn't think he would be this bad.

Comrade Trumpinsky knew how to reach out to Moscow when he wanted Trump Tower Moscow then flat out lied to the American people about it during the campaign to boot. He doesn't care about union workers just look at how he runs his own personal businesses. That should've been their red flag warning but they were so hell bend on sucking up they lost sight of things and now here they are.
