I would start working on my chest.

When you bench, use full range of motion and keep your elbows OUT.

Your arms and shoulders look fine, but are too large for your chest.

Agreed. You've got good size and nice work on the neck/back/upper chest.

BTW, what are your deltoid routines like?

Thanks man. Right now I pretty much just do military press with the bar. I really only do about 6 heavy sets of it every 6 days or so. I used to use dumbells by my work gym only goes up to 55lbers. Then I alternate between Shrugs and Side Raises.

My chest actually isn't as small as it appears in that pic for some reason....wait that probably doesn't make sense. I have no lats though - I work pulldowns, pullups, deadlifts, etc and can't seem to add mass to my back. Maybe I need more rows or something.

They're huge. And I was wish I could be that ripped.

But my teacher has bigger ones.
Add about 30 percent more muscle and make it rock solid. Thats him.
He rips shirts daily. He kind of gets pissed off about that.

Problem is when your arms get that big even though your chest is bigger than normal peoples it looks smaller because of your arm size so you then will work out your chest, but then your arms look smaller, so then you work out your arms again, and so on....hehe

Maybe it just that pic, but your left arm looks about twice the size of your right arm.

No such thing as an "upper-chest" man...(I get what you mean though)

Take a pic showing off your chest then dude...I'd have to agree with Amused until I see the pic.

Even if you have a somewhat muscular chest your chest should be huge compared to the size of your arms (which are pretty damn big).

its probably because your arms do alot of the work for your lats and back. Try something that isolates it really well and see if that does anything.

You should work on your abs and lats.

You asked if you needed more definition-and you do in those two areas.

You're short though aren't you?

Goodluck.

actually I'm 6'1" - and ya, my abs and lats are weak areas. Those are hard areas to work in my opinion though. For me, it is very hard to isolate my back muscles from my arms.

nice work but your arms/shoulders seem pretty out of proportion to the rest of you
