The first 2 links you provided has absolutely nothing to do with GPS.actually if you do a search you find people with the same issue (the gps telling weather apps you live in the diffrent areas).

and those are just the ones on that site that i have bookmarked..anyway yeah its not happening
Most(if not all) weather apps use network based location.
Stop relying on weather apps to tell you where you are.
Where is this massive known problem?
So only one person(the last link you provided) out of the 10-20 million(or however many Samsung has sold so far) has a GPS problem which was fixed by exchanging the unit(you may have to do the same for yours assuming that your complaint is valid)?
