Will this fit the 6950? It's quite larger than the 6870 and 6850
does anyone know if Visiontek will void the warranty if you have an aftermarket cooler installed?
Considering i'm using one right now on my 6950 that would be Yes!
What temps are you getting (idle/load)? Have you flashed to 6970?

I seem to remember that for older xx50 cards, you could leave the base of the stock cooler attached to the card. You just removed the shroud, fan and GPU sink, but the metal base stayed on to cool the VRAM and voltage regulators. Does anyone know if this is possible with the 6950?
I ask because I had an AC Twin Turbo on a 4870 previously, but the VRAM and voltage regulator sinks didn't adhere well, so it seems like a better solution to leave the base from the stock cooler attached, and just using the AC GPU cooler.
So would the Zalman VF3000A fit the 6950 2gb? and how about twin turbo pro?
I have a shaman on my 6950 and it is a great cooler. The fan is super quiet and it allows me to go to 950 @1.25 and keeps the card cooler than the stock cooler was at stock clocks. The one thing is that it does take up a lot of room in the case.
There is a difference between the AC Twin Turbo and the AC twin Turbo Pro.
With the pro installed on my 6950 I installed the VRM heatsinks but didn't even bother with the memory sinks cards runs fine so far without it.
