So Barr's statement that Trump couldn't be obstructing justice since the original crime against him was illegitimate/incorrect... there were plenty of crimes that happened considering the indictments, why isn't he basically 'on the hook' for obstructing justice against *those* investigations? He wasn't trying to get rid of Comey/Mueller just to get end an investigation on him, it was on the entire investigation which covered a ton of territory.

If Barr believes that he should lose his license. If he doesn’t believe that he should be indicted for perjury.

Graham is blocking that but the House is another matter. It would be instructive to ask Barr today in constrictive legal terms if he will personally or any and all means prevent, impede, discourage or in any way that interferes with Congress to have Mueller testify fully, or cause or suggest that any individual or group of individuals to do so.

Barr isn't misinterpreting what Mueller says. He's misrepresenting it. He is not acting as an honest interlocutor between the Special Counsel & Congress but rather as an agent of Trump. It violates his oath of office.
