How hard is it to just say "excuse me?" They'd step aside, likely feel ashamed, and that feeling would make them less likely to pull that crap in the future. Also, your wait would be reduced because there's nothing wrong with immediately saying "excuse me" as soon as it's clear they are standing there.

I deliberately made the story short.
The long version included several people trying to get to that section and the cows refused to move. I had my cart aimed straight for that section and said excuse me. They ignored me so I did what I normally do, voice my displeasure.

Alkemyst reminds me of my brother.
He always talks about how awesome he is, and whenever he feels that awesomeness questioned he instantly reverts to insults. He thinks he has owned the person, but everyone else thinks he got owned (mainly by his owns words/actions). He also exaggerates every story he tells, or at least I assume every one since any story in which I was also present is greatly exaggerated. I don't know whether this is the case with Alkemyst, but it seems that way to me.
My brother has low self confidence, and he compensates for that by trying to appear over the top confident. The problem is that it is completely transparent, and makes him look even less confident.
I'm not saying that this is Alkemyst's issue, because I don't know him in real life. But his words and actions sure do remind me of my brother.
