Got my copy yesterday. Shipping took eight days - I can't complain too much about this, since I picked "dirt cheap" shipping, but figured it would be within a business week.
That said, I was wholly unimpressed with the condition of the product when I opened the box. The cardstock sleeve encasing the game had scuffs in several places, noticable because some of the image was worn off. Also, the front of the sleeve had what appeared to be sticker residue (price tag that was removed?) on it. My initial reaction was to think it was a used game. While I haven't opened the snap case containing the discs, it looks to be in better condition and the product sticker sealing the top spine appears intact.
While the price was good, if this had been a planned gift, it would have been unacceptable. If I'd shipped this to someone, I'd have been embarassed with what was received. I expect a new game that looks new, unless disclosed otherwise.
