I am having issues with my computer and I dont know if it is my BIOS settings or the most recent version of the NVidia drivers. I have an ASUS A8V deluxe motherboard with a gforce 6800 gt video card. When I play games, the system regularly crashes and the info I get back from the tech sites and microsoft is that it is video card/driver related.
I just checked my BIOS and saw AGP fast writes were enabled so I disabled them, as I have heard that they could be the problem. I have no idea what fast writes are, by the way. I also saw that my aperture was at 64, so I increased it to 128, as I have a 256 meg video card. I don't know what the other settings do, so I dont wanna mess with them. Your input is appreciated!
