I've yet to run into any that require much fuss or know how to install; the corsair kits are really nice to install. They ship pre-filled too so there's virtually no labor involved.
I was running the H110i with my 6600k around a year ago and it was a great little kit. This is coming from someone who almost always assembles custom loops also, so I was impressed.
Most of the times AIO's are easier to install than larger towers because there's plenty of room to work with. Most of the AIO's are rebranded Asetek kit's so between comparable models there's not much difference. Get one with either a 240mm radiator or 280mm radiator. Smaller than that and you're not gaining anything going liquid. Personally my preference is NZXT as I've found their support to be better. Whoever you go with, remember to install the management software.
Im kinda partial to the Corsair H series, which require about the same level of expertise to install as a tower cooler does, assuming you have enough room in your case and a good, unobstructed air flow path.
I currently have an H80 & a H110i GT in use and they do exactly what they are supposed to, keep things cool. They are a good bit less $$ than a water set-up but also much easier to install and maintain
