Just a bit of background.
CPU is a X2-3800+ with a mild overclock to 2.4ghz. Stock Cooler
CPU voltage is 1.5v (chip needs it to be stable, yes I know its not great)
Temps before A/C mod were idle 34c and full load 57c.
Regardless of whether the temp monitor on the board is accurate or not, some really warm air was coming out the back.
As you can see my temps have dropped very nicely
The duct is a "Badong" (yes I know the name is ridiculous) and 4 65mm bits of pipe.
Total cost $31. !!

I'm very happy with it and seeing as my A/C is on all the time I'm used to the noise which isn't bad at all IMO.
