AIW 7500 and Diamond Stealth 64: Friend wants to do Dual Monitors, details inside

I've got a friend who has got an AIW 7500 and a Stealth 64 PCI in, and he wants to do 2 CRT's. Now here's the problem. If the AGP card is set as the primary display adapter in the BIOS, the Stealth doesn't work (exclemation point in System Properties next to it). Now if he puts the PCI card as primary, it works for dual Monitors (a common fix), but in this case there is a side effect. The AIW 7500's TV Software won't initialize. This doesn't surpise me. The question is 1. is there a way for the ATi TV Software to work even though the AIW isn't the primary or 2. Is there another solution to let the DualHead work while keeping the AIW Primary?

There is a much better chance of the AIW playing nice with an ATI PCI card.

Older PCI VGA cards often have chips on that don't do multi-VGA. And even then, not all those old driver packages are ready to make it work ... the symptom is exactly that, card won't do as a secondary.

I am the 'Friend' mentioned in the first post. Has anyone done dual video cards using an ATI Radeon AGP as the primary and a PCI as the secondary and still have all functions of the ATI present? If so, what card did you use? Thanks.
