AIW 8500DV retail vs. oem ??

Want AIW 8500DV from New Egg, the description states difference is OEM has no game software (as well as $30 cheaper). Also lists clock speed @ 250/250, but doesn't list clock speed for retail version. Does anyone know if the clock speeds are the same for the oem and retail versions and if the only difference is the lack of game software. Also would the warranty be the same. Looking to order tonight or as soon as I can get my questions answered. I e-mailed New Egg but haven't heard back yet. Thanks in advance

I've got the 8500DV and it's clock isn't 250/250, instead it's 230/190. ATI's website isn't very helpful when it comes to providing technical specs. But you can look around at some reviews of the video card all over the website. They all have the same default clocks for the retail versions.
