AIW Radeon TV Tuner freeze

I'm not sure if this has been discussed here before as I'm not a regular. However I'd really appreciate some input from anyone who can help.

SYSTEM:
AMD T-Bird 800
Asus A7V Mobo (1004d)
64 SDRAM PC100 generic
64 SDRAM PC133 generic
Sound Blaster Live Value
ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon
IBM Deskstar 75GXP 45 GB
Creative 52X
Realtek 10Mb Network Card

Windows 98 SE

PROBLEM:
The card works fine for everything 2D. It's also amazing in Unreal Tournament and other games. However everytime I try and use the TV Tuner my deskstop freezes or goes to a black screen. Wonder if any of you pros have heard anything about this.

Try the rage3d.com forums. Lots of good advice there. Print out the Radeon guide and keep it handy. Good luck.
