It's not a culture problem. When I moved to Kuwait , I'm as a Shi'ite had to live with them in the events of the Iran-Iraq war. They had support from every Arab state in the Persian gulf because they claim that this war was a conflict of Shi'ites vs Sunnis! If they knew I was a Shi'ite form Iraq they would write a report to the Kuwaity government and accuse me of spying for Iran then send me back to Iraq to get executed. In the past the Saudis, Kuwait and all of the Arab States in the gulf supported the Wahhabies as well as the US government. It's a Wahhabie problem!
