If Alabama starts that $10,000 civil suit bounty that Texas has for abortions it would be awfully tempting to file against every republican legislator and judges and their spouses for aborting fertilized eggs.Me to conservatives who called pointing out their actual policy positions alarmist:

One document drafted by CRA staff and fellows includes a list of top priorities for CRA in a second Trump term. “Christian nationalism” is one of the bullet points. Others include invoking the Insurrection Act on Day One to quash protests and refusing to spend authorized congressional funds on unwanted projects, a practice banned by lawmakers in the Nixon era.
CRA is already wielding influence on Trump’s positions. His thinking on withdrawing the U.S. from NATO and using military force against Mexican drug cartels is partly inspired by separate CRA papers, according to reports by Rolling Stone.
Wolfe, who has deleted several posts on X that detail his views, has a more extreme outlook of what a government led by Christian nationalists should propose. In a December post, he called for ending sex education in schools, surrogacy and no-fault divorce throughout the country, as well as forcing men “to provide for their children as soon as it’s determined the child is theirs” — a clear incursion by the government into Americans’ private lives.
Stuff like this and more will be priorities of the people Trump would hire for his next admin.
Make sure you tell the red state guard you didn't even vote when they come to intern you for your Facebook posts.
Thanks to people who can't bother to vote.If you have the means, choose your state accordingly.
It ultimately may not matter, but it will buy you some time.
Sorry buddy. Once born you are on your own.So, if you have a rack of test tubes in the passenger seat, can you drive in the HOV lane? Actually No, you’ll be fined for not having a bus driver’s license. Actually ... I would think that every test tube needs to be individually seat-belted (because it is illegal to have more than one child per seat belt)? If one rack holds, let’s say for the sake of argument, twelve test tubes, that would be twelve counts of child endangerment…and you wouldn’t even have to be in the HOV lane for that to happen. Say you get into an accident and they’re destroyed, will you be okay with a life in prison for each one lost? Better yet, If I keep this rack of test tubes in my freezer for 18 years, can I register them to vote?
A madman could now break in and hold five test tubes containing fertilized ova hostage or tie them to a trolley track…Or, Imagine a fire at an IVF clinic. You have time to save a box containing 24 human embryos or one 2 year old child. Not even the most pro-life among us would grab the box and leave the child there to burn. Would they?

Pro-life only applies in 2 settings: before birth and after you're a vegetable. Anything in between, it's GFYS.Sorry buddy. Once born you are on your own.
Yes we can. This is why it's ok to be pissed at the Dems for coming up with Biden as the nominee - its not helping at all, I mean an election this important and this is all you got? But Dems could take back the house and hopefully keep a tie in the Senate as well as keep the White House -this upcoming election. So get out and vote in every race and tell anybody you know everywhere to do the same, and stop feeling sorry for yourself. We aren't voting our way out of this one, this time. Everything falls, eventually.
Beat me to it.Every sperm is sacred…
My wife works in the fertility field here in AL. They are changing their protocols based on this ruling. It's going to get dicey. Thankfully, she's close to retirement, and can quit if the dominoes keep falling. I personally feel all fertility clinics should leave the state if things keep going this direction.
In Alabama, I think you'd have to specify the color of embryos and child. I do think some "pro-lifers" would grab upper middle class, white embryos over a poor black child. So, if you have a rack of test tubes in the passenger seat, can you drive in the HOV lane? Man let's do it. Let some liberal states become the IVF capitals of the world. Rhode Island could end up with 40 reps. No red state would compete because no one would be willing to pay for forever storage of unused embryos. Then of course, all the Embryo storage facilities would be in the Urban core.I would think this whole thing will eventually get tossed in Federal court somewhere as this ruling seems to conflict with US laws/policies about personhood. If alabama's ruling stands, then the US census is wrong and Alabama could also argue for more federal dollars because of uncounted embryo's.
