Better than either Halyna Hutchins or Joel Souza. Are you ok?
@igor_kavinski may have slipped him some of the product he's putting into his brain! Are you ok?
It’s very important that all gun related “accidents” are axiomatically caused by the individual gun owner as that means there is no reason to apply any rules or laws to gun owners as a whole.lol no.
In that case the jury very clearly did not believe his sequence of events and thought he was lying when he said he tripped and it fired accidentally. That's why he was convicted of murder, as murder requires the specific intent to perform the act that led to their death. They are most certainly NOT making a judgment that events transpired in the way he claimed and that this was an accidental death.
Do you think a jury is going to buy that Alec Baldwin intended to kill that woman in front of numerous witnesses, with a weapon that he knew to be loaded? If not, please explain the relevance here.
Later that day, the cast and crew were rehearsing a gunfight scene taking place inside of a church at the Bonanza Creek Ranch. Firearms and ammunition were retrieved from a locked safe and Gutierrez-Reed placed three guns to be used in filming on a cart.[12] Among them were a plastic gun that could not shoot live ammunition, a modified weapon that could not fire any type of ammunition, and a solid-frame .45 Colt revolver replica made by Pietta.[12][35][36][37]
According to a search warrant, the guns were briefly checked by armorer Gutierrez-Reed, before assistant director Halls took the Pietta revolver from the prop cart and handed it to Baldwin.[38][39] In a subsequent affidavit, Halls said the safety protocol regarding this firearm was such that Halls would open the loading gate of the revolver and rotate the cylinder to expose the chambers so he could inspect them himself. According to the affidavit, Halls said he did not check all cylinder chambers, but he recalled seeing three rounds in the cylinder at the time. (After the shooting, Halls said in the affidavit, Gutierrez-Reed retrieved the weapon and opened it, and Halls said that he saw four rounds which were plainly blanks, and one which could have been the remaining shell of a discharged live round.)[40] In the warrant, it is further stated that Halls announced the term "cold gun", meaning that it was empty.[38] Halls's lawyer, Lisa Torraco, later sought to assert that he did not take the gun off the cart and hand it to Baldwin as reported, but when pressed by a reporter to be clear, she refused to repeat that assertion.[41]
Except the process is the punishment.Lol - the odds of them winning this case are very, very small. I will remember to come back and laugh at you yet again once he is acquitted or the charges are again dropped.
No, it's been great so far and only getting better........ can't wait for the Chevron decision.Taj is having a bad 2024 so far…
He hired her and he'd also been informed that people were live firing on the filming site the night before he killed Halyna Hutchins. He carries a large amount of responsibility for what occurred. This has probably been asked and answered but did Baldwin know he had a real gun?
Also, I never heard if the investigators checked for fingerprints on the cartridges.
I found this in wiki. If this account is true then had Baldwin been given the plastic or modified gun the shooting would have never happened. Why did Halls give Baldwin the real gun instead of one of the other two for a rehearsal?
No i won't, but nice lie. It’s either going to be dismissed before trial or he will be acquitted. At which point Taj will claim the legal system is biased as opposed to this being a retarded case.
Thank you for letting us know the merits of the case mean nothing to you because you’re an immoral person.Except the process is the punishment.
Lol.No i won't, but nice lie.
poor tajjy blowing his wad so early in the year.
Just try to keep on the topic. And all because he made funny of god emperor on SNL. That shit really hurt tajs feels Ok? Its not ok for you guys to make fun of him like this. Is serious business.
Except he was not just an "actor" as you falsely claim.More magical thinking about guns.
That’s a fine thing for an individual gun owner to internalize about their responsibility for their weapon.
On the other hand an actor is hired to film a movie. If the director says, “The shot is for you take this prop weapon, point it at the camera, and pull the trigger”, and after asking if the gun is safe and the assistant director says, “Yes, the armorer safed the weapon”, if you don’t pull the trigger they fire you and find someone who will.
In other words the responsibility is now shared with and primarily on the armorer to make sure the gun is safe.
In this specific case Actor Baldwin is not responsible for the accident. Producer Baldwin may have some shared responsibility with the other producers, armorer and armorer staff if there were obvious unsafe practices occurring and he was willfully ignorant to them.
Requiring actors to be responsible for their prop weapons is a good way to have more shooting accidents. No production is going to train actors as armorers and your average gun owner will not be capable of telling a live round from a dummy round from a blank.
This has always been the topic. If its not then what is this doing in PN?Just try to keep on the topic.
Baldwin is guilty in my opinion. Will he be found guilty by a jury? I have no idea, but as with all others accused of a crime, he is going to be punished by the process. Sorry if my being honest offends you. Hmmm............ actually not sorry for offending you with the truth.Thank you for letting us know the merits of the case mean nothing to you because you’re an immoral person.
Gotta say it’s fun watching Trump’s journey to prison. Unlike Baldwin though he’s actually guilty. I’m sure as someone who values justice you’re happy to see him and his associates be found guilty. Right?
Don’t worry, I’m not offended. I have no doubt he is guilty in your opinion because you don’t think independently of partisanship. You're just not equipped for it.Baldwin is guilty in my opinion. Will he be found guilty by a jury? I have no idea, but as with all others accused of a crime, he is going to be punished by the process. Sorry if my being honest offends you. Hmmm............ actually not sorry for offending you with the truth.
Prop guns are all 'real' in the sense that they're mechanical devices that trigger a firing pin. The problem is some stupid fuck brought live rounds to the set and put them in the firearm. This has probably been asked and answered but did Baldwin know he had a real gun?
Also, I never heard if the investigators checked for fingerprints on the cartridges.
I found this in wiki. If this account is true then had Baldwin been given the plastic or modified gun the shooting would have never happened. Why did Halls give Baldwin the real gun instead of one of the other two for a rehearsal?
that's bullshit because you already threw out trollling bait with your sly comment about waiting for the Chevron decision.Just try to keep on the topic.
Connect the dots on how you believe he is guility. You have already implied that it has nothing to do with him being the actor on the set that accidently fired the gun. But it has to do with him being the producer, did the hiring of the people involved, and there was live firing the night before. Non of which is evidence of manslaughter. Negligence possiblly, but not mansluaghter. So please, connect the dots on how he is guilty of manslaughter. (IE, show your work, something we all know you have difficulty with).Baldwin is guilty in my opinion. Will he be found guilty by a jury? I have no idea, but as with all others accused of a crime, he is going to be punished by the process. Sorry if my being honest offends you. Hmmm............ actually not sorry for offending you with the truth.
Did you see the part where I called him both Actor Baldwin and Producer Baldwin?Except he was not just an "actor" as you falsely claim.
Can you explain why this sequence of events has happened for lots of other people who were not subsequently found guilty?"Connect the dots on how you believe he is guility. "
- It was in his hand.
- He pointed it at someone.
- She died.
Dot's it, Guilty.
Let me posit another theory. The AD was either paid or he wanted Halyna dead. Alec never pulled the trigger as he claims. The fatal bullet came from some other direction. It's not too far fetched to think that some MAGAT(s) on set planned the whole thing to incriminate Alec for imitating their "messiah" and put him behind bars. Just putting it out there.
Honest? Just killed a (wo)man.Baldwin is guilty in my opinion. Will he be found guilty by a jury? I have no idea, but as with all others accused of a crime, he is going to be punished by the process. Sorry if my being honest offends you. Hmmm............ actually not sorry for offending you with the truth.
