What's the comparision between the 3200 AXP and the 2600Mobile.. aren't the mobiles used for laptops (hence mobile?)

Yep, its at 200Mhz FSB and 1.2Ghz... This coming from Abit! and Newegg has "return for exact item" crap on it. There better be a driver update soon.
Oh no! People are freaking out on Anandtech forums that the hardware they are getting is not what they thought!
Realize this is the most recommended overclocking board of all time!! Especially for newbies!
Please please please!!!!!!!
First have someone fix the website to emphatically declare that the thing you are selling now
1. is different from the Nf7-S v2 which was the overclocking board recommended in th AT overclocking guide.
2. does not allow multiplier adjustments = basically worthless to customers that are looking for that feature
3 .does not have Soundstorm audio.
Then please beat Abit over the head until they change their evil ways!
"The S2 version is not a good choice if ur gonna OC. It doesn't allow cpu multiplier changes, has limited voltage adjustments and other such deficiencies."

WHY are selling a useless piece of junk with almost the same name as the best overclock board of all time?!
Are you crazy?! The NF7-Sv2 is a great board, the NF7-S2 is HORRIBLE!
And yet the description on Newegg is nearly the same.
Who is responsible for this marketing boondoggle <EDIT for civility>
You need to change the name of your junky NF7-S2 IMMEDIATELY and do a recall! Call it the NF3.5-S .. Anything but what you did call it. Some people will hate you for a long time now, regardless, but you need to minimize the damage if you value what has until now been a great history of support for overclockers.
I say this as a happy owner of the NF7-Sv2. If you didn't have some truly good products, that I had recommended to others, I would not care.
People are really complaining on Anandtech:

FIX IT! I propose you offer a full refund including shipping for people that complain that they got the junky board by mistake.

This board gets even better... There is no CAS 2! lol, only cas 2.5 and 3! I ended up putting my old 1800+ in here for now! Way to go abit, last time i buy your product. Go asus! ;P But do you really think newegg would let me return it if i was "confused" and thought it was a NF7-S Version 2.0. I'm going to give abit a nasty email later. Also it comes with a driver cd with the U-Guru logo right on it! and guess what, no u-guru support LOL. You get some error about how the board doesn't support it if you try to install it. Also, it comes with Nvidia system utility which is useless as there are no "advanced" overclocking options. If you could use the advanced tab you could change the multi but hey, the bios doesnt support it so the tab doesn't exist. Once again thank you abit. Usually when you see a picture of a product with the driver cd having the u-guru logo on it you would ASSUME A. that uguru would work with the board and B. it is an overclocking board. I love getting ripped off
I would think that NewEgg would take it back... especially if you made a big issue of it. If they balk initially - go to resellerratings.com & post about your displeasure. NewEgg takes comments on there VERY seriously. To their credit, they bent over backwards for me to "come back" & all I did was complain about how their "RUSH" processing fee had meant anything but on a couple of orders that I had made.
