That is a freaking scary just before death picture. I knew a lot of people who died with various types of cancer. The ones in my family who died had a really bad time with it. They all had a painful and agonizing death and they lingered for months half alive before they actually died. I think the chemo and anticancer drugs did more harm than good. It just made them more uncomfortable, not less in their final days and hours.

Personally, I did not like her. But her religiosity was her business, not mine. And I would not wish cancer on anyone. If you saw cancer hit your family like it has mine, you wouldn't be such a juvenile jerk joking around about it. There are better ways to make a point about something you don't like intelligently than just stupidly making fun of someones disabilities that they can't control like an inconsiderate jackass.

That being the case, my friend saw the unsettling picture as I was reading this topic, and thought this was who he was looking at. Jerri Blank These pictures of Jerri Blank are funny. Cancer is NOT funny. Once you grow up and see a few friends and loved ones die from it, maybe then you will understand the difference.

How was she & her husband any different than any other religious figure? Sure, they asked for money, but show me a church that doesn't. They didn't scam anyone, unless you consider religion as a whole, to be a scam.

IMO, she only crime was marrying a guy who couldn't keep it in his pants. She had to go though that whole scandal of her ex husband cheating on her. His doing so destroyed the PTL club, costing her millions. I can't blame him either though. If I had a shot at someone like Jessica Hahn, I can't say I wouldn't go for it either.

She hardly deserved to die.

Nobody deserves to die from cancer, first off. So you're a douche.

Having said that, both Tammy Faye and her husband were assholes of the highest caliber who systematically bilked people out of their money. Don't act like they were a normal church politely passing around a collection plate.

Also, she looks ridiculous. If I'm in that shape, I'm going to either be in my bed so I can die with some dignity, or if there's a really good reason for me to be going on television (I mean REALLY good) I'm at least not going to put on 30 pounds of makeup and lipstick.
