Got the 1905 yesterday. Version A01. I updated the monitor driver and i am running most games in 1280x1024. Havent had alot of time to experiment. I am using the DVI with a Radeon 9800pro 256mb card. I noticed a tiny bit of lag at 1024x768 on CS Source, no real ghosting though. I had ALOT of lag and some ghosting on Neverwinter Nights at 1280x1024 so i switched to 1024x768 and it seems smoother now. I have randomly tried a few of my games and although they are not quite as smooth as my Samsung 955df I am happy to report that ghosting and/or lag is not as big an issue as these forums had me worried about. Maybe its the driver, maybe its the video card, maybe I'm just vision impaired. I admit its not as good as the CRT was, but the minor "lag" is a fair trade off to me for the clarity and flexibility of the LCD. ANyone have an opinion on whether better game performance will be achieved by using the vga cable or the dvi?
--> For those of you considering the purchase and wanting to know what the lag/ghosting is like: It reminds me of playing a graphically demanding game and having either a slightly under-par vid card or not quite enough ram, sort of a slight hesitation. Not really a huge thing to me yet, but as I said I havent had much time to pay with it yet.
