While it is certainly fun to give you a hard time about your decisions which you love chronicling here, at this point I am really just sad to see a 42 year old man sink (or aspire?) to such an adolescent level. Even if we didn't know the rest of your situation, just the fact that you still use words like "bro", "jelly", and "alpha" not to mention your insatiable thirst for attention point to your high level of immaturity.

I had pad see ew today, so not really spicy at all. I'll usually go fairly spicy, but not at places that just add extra red pepper flakes or chili paste to do it. If they're using fresh peppers, though, I'm game. And yes, the ring of fire is formidable in those situations.

I went to a local Indian place last weekend, and you order what you want, with a heat scale that ranges from 1-10. I ordered vegetable jalfreezi(sp?) with 15 heat. Yes, 5 over their listed top. The previous time I got it, it was almost perfect, but could have been a touch hotter. This last weekend? HOLY SHIT! That was the first time I've had commercially prepared food that was too hot. I ate it all and enjoyed it but it could have been toned down a touch. I'll order the same thing again, but I'm hoping it's a bit mellower.

Anyway, I was impressed they were able to make me uncomfortable. It's never happened before, even with food that comes accompanied with warnings and disclaimers. Didn't get the napalm shits either which was a plus :^D
