That 38" is going to be a beast. I have a 34" and I think 38" or even 40" would be a better size for me.

The 34" curved with 144hz and freesync for only $599 is going to be very tempting for new buyers who prefers the ultrawide aspect ratio rather than 4k resolutions.

This is great news. I may even just pick one up on release, although new tech scares me (ips, freesync and 144hz? That's a first right?)

The 34" is 1080x2560, but still a first.

Dell releasing another refresh of the 30" 2560x1600 series. If this one had DP1.3/1.4 and >60hz with GSync it would have been an instant buy for me despite having a U3011 now. That is how much I want to upgrade, even if a 4K 32" monitor with similar specs might come out soon (but judging from the complete lack of news or developments it probably won't).

Aching to upgrade and bored beyond belief just like in the CPU department. Desktop gaming or desktop in general is dying.

I might be interested if it was 144hz despite my u3011 burning out. I'm desperate for some more specs on the Z321Q. Some think it will only be 1080p but others think much more.

The AOC AGON series AG322qx is a new 32 inch curved VA panel for dark blacks and low light bleed runs at 144z and is 2560x1440 giving it the same pixel pitch as 1920x1080 at 24 inch. Meaning if you have decent eyes you don;t have to mess with DPI scaling. The monitor supports freesync and should be around 550-600 dollars.

I value the deep blacks and the high refresh speed which has kept me at 1920x1080 VA 144hz as 1440 VA at 144hz has been nigh impossible to find in something above 27 inches as I refuse to use windows DPI scaling. This monitor is more cutting edge than it seems. If anyone has the release date for it I would appreciate it.

Also 32 inch 1440p allows you to be able to read everything as the pixels are the same size as on a 1k 1080p monitor. So u avoid the pitfalls of dpi.

I have no idea what you're talking about. I can read everything perfectly fine on my 4K monitor. I can't ready everything at 1440p because it won't display as much content! =D
